Does Vinnie has to pay the $ 81.000 ?

Does our hero has to pay the $ 81.000 ?
Is he bankrupt ? If he is not and has to pay,what can he do ?
maybe he doesnt have to pay but give the LIU Rights over KISS...
Who knows more about this ?
its been 4 months now and no news about it

I don't think Vinnie is bankrupt (again!!), I'm pretty sure he's cashed up otherwise he would have gotten his lazy ass off the couch a long, long, long, long time ago.

My understanding of the "recent" legal dealings is that Gene and Paul, the Kiss crusaders, are getting their $81k back from Vinnie from his publishing rights to the LIU album.

They are either being sold to Gene and Paul or they are garnishing any royalties. I think they are being sold to them.

So basically the Vman is debt free to Kiss but loses an income stream.

After all the legal stuff going on since about '97 Gene and Paul petitioned to get their $$$ back by Vinnie's publishing. Not sure if that's because an agreement couldn't be made to have it back in cash $$$ or what.

i beleive they say that he is harrasing kiss in an extreme way for over 10 years. they want any info on him including what guitars he owns etc. and thats why they are contacting people.
i think the band will not take it in cash but in assets based on kiss holdings.

If Vinnie would just be cool , I'm sure these people that want to destroy him would back off. Kiss knows about his properties,possible holding company,domains, and that Vinnie most likely keeps his equipment in the house on the corner. Kiss wants to crush him.

I am giving you a friendly "HEADS UP " Vinnie. Be nice or hide your stuff because they are coming for you. Maybe sooner than you think. I'm sure that even Gene would show you some mercy if you apologized. It would be in your best interests to do so immediately . SAVE WHAT YOU HAVE !!! I honestly believe that Kiss has always fucked you and you have always deserved more BUT now is the time to save face and keep what you have. I don't believe that you owe Kiss an apology but it may save what you have. Which is still a hell of a lot more than most people.

No matter what, your true fans will be here for you, being patient and wondering when you will show us a sign other than your middle finger.
