Ahh, the 80's....I saw something like the WT-24V in the black/red at a pawn shop a long time ago. I just left it alone as I didn't know much, but now it's older so possibly more interesting.
Looking forward to pics of your guitar when you get it!
Wow, all kinds of people played different stuff. So strange to see Brian with a V of any kind, or even just a different guitar, though I knew he used a Fender before.
Promises made, crying in vain, all empty. Never accepting the blame and not letting go of the shame. A river of tears, as months turn to years, all wasted. On someone not willing to change. Now only a shadow remains!
I don’t think so. I’ve got a B70 Rudy Sarzo Washburn bass that seems to have a phenolic fretboard, and it’s very different. I’d say rosewood here.
The wonderbar is so much better than a crappy Floyd. Kind of exotic, huge, I like it.
Yes, it does look like wood from what I can see in the pics. My brother had a cheap Charvel/Jackson copy guitar which once I got into guitars myself I realised it was not a wooden fretboard. That was a Session guitar.
I've not heard great things about the Wonderbar, but it's cool you are digging it. And if it's in good working order that's a bonus!
Ahh, your wording made it sound like you thought all Floyd's were crappy and the Wonderbar is the bees knees. Now I get it. Yes, I am no fan of crappy Floyds. Give me a top quality Floyd or give me death!
I've read the Takeuchi (or TRS) Floyds are actually pretty good! They were made in Japan to a high quality. They have an old style screw-in arm though. Replace with a Schaller or a push-in arm and they'd be great!

True! 350 and above, I pass, except if it’s a very good instrument.
But it’s fun to collect matsumoku-like guitars for cheap. That Roadstar Ibanez RS 100 for 60$, with case for example...
